Center for Employment Opportunities
Overview
CEO provides job seekers with past convictions with paid employment, skills training, and career support. CEO participants complete a job-readiness orientation and work up to four days/week of transitional work on CEO crews. CEO also provides wraparound services, job coaching/placement, and retention supports. In addition, CEO works directly with employers to staff transitional and full-time jobs.
