JUMP (Justice and Upward Mobility Project) is leading a national movement that harnesses the cultural influence of sports, business, and entertainment to reshape narratives and unlock access to education, employment, and economic mobility for youth and adults impacted by the justice system. Inspired by the life and leadership of Larry Miller, JUMP partners with cultural leaders, community organizations, and policymakers to break down barriers, redefine redemption, and connect untapped talent to livable wage employment.
